ANN DSILVA

Ann D’Silva is an Indian author, cultural storyteller, consultant, and corporate leader with over three decades of senior leadership experience across travel, telecommunications, banking, real estate, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. After living in Istanbul, Türkiye for seven years, she has now returned to Mumbai, continuing her work and global engagements from India.

Her career bridges business strategy and social impact, driven by a strong commitment to inclusion, diversity, and the empowerment of women. As a cultural storyteller and respected speaker, Ann works at the intersection of narrative, policy, and innovation, addressing areas such as business-to-government (B2G) engagement, ethical leadership, artificial intelligence in business, and social transformation.

During her years in Türkiye, Ann expanded her international footprint, building strong relationships with ambassadors, ministries, tourism boards, and United Nations teams across Europe, Africa, Central Asia, and South Asia. She is also an award-winning author, best known for her Sand and Sea trilogy. Her debut book, Footprints in the Sand, became a bestseller and received a Peace Award from Italy, affirming her voice as one that combines narrative depth with purpose.
